Terms of sale
Last updated October 2, 2026
These terms apply to parts you order from TAG Fleet Parts (“we”, “us”) through this website, by email or by phone. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Quotes and orders
- Parts added to the cart are sent to us as a quote request. A quote shows the parts, prices, shipping and any core charges, and is valid for the period stated on it.
- An order is confirmed when you accept the quote and we receive payment, or approve credit terms for your account.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a part is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.
2. Prices and taxes
- Prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping or sales tax unless stated.
- We collect sales tax where required. Repair shops and resellers can buy tax-exempt by sending a valid resale or exemption certificate before the order.
- Prices shown on the website may change without notice; the price on your accepted quote applies to that order.
3. Payment
Payment is due when you accept the quote, unless we have agreed credit terms with your business in writing.
4. Fitment
We check fitment using the vehicle, VIN, axle or part-number information you give us. Please check that information carefully; we’re not responsible for parts that don’t fit because the information provided was incomplete or wrong. If a part we supplied doesn’t fit because of our error, we’ll exchange it and pay return shipping.
5. Shipping and risk
We ship from Commerce City, Colorado, as described in our shipping and returns policy. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Report damage or missing items within 5 days of delivery.
6. Returns
Unused parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days, subject to the exceptions and process in our returns policy.
7. Warranty
- New parts are covered by the warranty stated on your quote or order confirmation, or by the manufacturer’s warranty where that applies.
- Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover wear and tear, incorrect installation, misuse, accidents, or use outside the manufacturer’s specifications.
- For a warranty claim, contact us with the order number, a description of the problem and photos. If the claim is approved, we repair, replace or refund the part, at our choice.
8. Installation and safety
Brake, air-system and suspension parts are safety-critical. They must be installed by a qualified technician following the vehicle and component manufacturer’s procedures and torque specifications, and the vehicle must be inspected and tested before returning to service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the parts in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost revenue, downtime, towing, or labor costs, except where the law does not allow this limitation.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
